Established in 2000, Budget Direct has become one of Australia's most award winning insurance brands. We're part of A&G Insurance Services (A&G) who also administer a number of Australia's best known brands.
A&G is part of the Budget Insurance Group, established in the late 1970's. Internationally, the group administers over 3 million policies and has grown to become an international leader in personal lines insurance. The group also operates in South Africa where it is one of the largest direct personal insurers and in the United Kingdom where the group is one of the largest personal lines intermediaries.
Our corporate head office for Australia is based in Brisbane, Queensland with call centres north of Brisbane in Kawana and North Lakes as well as assessing centres around Australia.
